As a Marketing Specialist you will generate leads and business opportunities for the Flavors area through strategic thinking and the creation of presentations and creative solutions for our customers, with the goal of adding value to our flavor proposals and differentiating us from the competition.
Identify the appropriate tools for each customer under their responsibility, according to the customer's needs and objectives. Create visually creative presentations for our customers. Conceptualize the content and information within presentations to make them more dynamic and innovative for customers. Design the marketing and communication materials necessary to reinforce the company's and its brands' positioning in the AnCam region. Propose creative concepts for the execution of marketing campaigns within the AnCam region.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Thinking Act as a strategic partner for the commercial area and for internal and external customers, using strategic thinking to define priorities in terms of categories and tools to address each requirement effectively.
Customer and Brand Understanding Gain an indepth understanding of customers and their brands - their needs, challenges, strategies, and consumers - to deliver accurate and relevant proposals.
Marketing Tools Ensure proficient use of marketing tools and identify which is most suitable for each customer's specific needs.
Market Research and Trend Analysis Analyze global, regional, and local market data, statistics, and consumer trends to provide valuable insights to customers. Support customer understanding and consumer knowledge. Assess and quantify potential markets and categories.
Customer Presentations and Promotions Develop presentations and concepts related to new trends, consumer understanding, and food and beverage markets to help customers create innovative products. Implement global technologies through regional or local initiatives.
Customer Visits Plan, prepare, and coordinate activities and contentrelated products for customer visits.
Market Reports and Analysis Analyze, evaluate, and report on new product launches and identify successful products. Compile and present information, statistics, and consumer trends at global and regional levels in presentation format for direct marketing or sales use.
Special Events Organize special events (e.g., Taste Solutions Symposium). Lead and coordinate innovation days with customers to help them develop new projects.
Communication
Internal Share presentation information, trends, and best practices across the subregion to generate new opportunities with different customers.
External Establish contact with customers' marketing departments to ensure alignment with their strategy from the project outset.
EHS Management Participation Take part in EHS management system activities to strengthen personal safety behavior and occupational health practices.
Research on New Methodologies Continuously seek and identify new tools and methodologies for presentation and innovation, sharing them with the team.
SCE Act as responsible leader for the Superior Customer Experience initiative in the region.
You
Academic Background Professional degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields with an emphasis on Marketing.
Required Experience 3 to 4 years of experience in marketing or commercial areas.
Technical Knowledge
Experience managing databases and acting as a liaison with suppliers.
Desirable experience with SAP.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
Knowledge and experience in project management and followup, either through information systems or manually.
Experience in developing consumer analysis projects.
Proficiency in tools for client presentations such as Flash or PowerPoint.
Knowledge of marketing fundamentals, primary market research, data handling, and information searching on the Internet.
Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Flash, CorelDRAW, Internet, etc.).
