We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute integrated digital marketing initiatives across paid media, website management, social media, and campaign operations. This role works cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams to help drive awareness, engagement, and campaign performance across digital channels. You'll play a key role in campaign execution, reporting, optimization, and ensuring consistency across the brand's digital presence. What You'll Do Support the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels. Own campaign setup, audience targeting, budget pacing, QA, and performance monitoring. Manage day-to-day website updates, landing page coordination, and CMS maintenance. Support SEO best practices including metadata updates, keyword optimization, and website performance monitoring. Coordinate organic social media content creation, publishing, scheduling, content calendars, and community management support. Assist with email marketing campaign builds, audience segmentation, testing, and deployment. Compile campaign performance reports and help identify optimization opportunities across digital channels. Coordinate with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure assets, messaging, and deliverables are aligned and delivered on time. Help maintain organized campaign documentation, timelines, reporting, and workflows. Monitor digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities to support continued growth and innovation. Familiarity with platforms including Hubspot, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Webflow and social media management tools. Organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify opportunities for optimization. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Sales, Client Services, or external partners. Understanding of comprehensive digital marketing best practices across paid, owned, and earned channels.
