Why You'll Love This Role Global Footprint: You'll manage a team of approximately 6 direct reports spanning the Americas, Europe, and Asia. International Travel: Pack your bags! You will attend major international events, including a massive trade show in Germany this November , and visit our Shanghai office every few years. Path to Leadership: This role is designed as a "Director-in-Training" position, reporting directly to the President. Key Responsibilities Team Empowerment: Lead and mentor regional managers and their teams across outbound marketing, customer service, and sales support. Digital Strategy: Oversee SEO initiatives and 3rd-party vendors, utilizing analytics to ensure we are maximizing every global opportunity. Operational Excellence: Manage domestic and international trade shows and oversee the Social Media and Advertising Sales functions. Executive Collaboration: Work side-by-side with the President on service enhancements and senior-level communications.
