Job Summary
A professional legal services organization in Orlando, FL is seeking a Legal Marketing Manager to lead marketing, business development, content, events, and brand initiatives for a growing law firm environment. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys taking ownership of varied projects while working closely with leadership, attorneys, and key stakeholders.
The Legal Marketing Manager will help strengthen the firms market presence through digital marketing, client engagement, thought leadership, CRM management, event coordination, proposal development, and strategic campaign execution. This role offers strong visibility with firm leadership, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to directly impact business development and client relationship growth.
The position is primarily in office during the first few months to support onboarding, relationship building, and acclimation to the firm. After that period, a hybrid work arrangement may be available.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the firms digital presence, including website updates, SEO, social media platforms, attorney bios, online content, and marketing analytics.
- Coordinate business development initiatives, client events, sponsorships, speaking engagements, educational programs, and client gifting efforts.
- Create and maintain marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, newsletters, blogs, event collateral, proposals, RFP responses, and capability statements.
- Partner with attorneys, firm leadership, internal departments, consultants, and vendors to execute marketing campaigns, public relations, advertising, and brand initiatives.
- Maintain marketing calendars, budgets, CRM data, event databases, campaign reports, and performance tracking to support strategic decision-making.
- Support reputation management, media relations, internal communications, thought leadership content, and marketing training for attorneys and staff.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $75,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage digital marketing, SEO, social media, website content, client communications, and analytics reporting.
- Coordinate business development campaigns, client-facing events, sponsorships, attorney visibility initiatives, and marketing calendars.
- Develop marketing collateral, proposals, RFP responses, presentations, newsletters, blogs, and thought leadership materials.
- Maintain CRM data, marketing budgets, vendor coordination, reporting, and project timelines.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in a professional services, legal services, or similar business environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, stakeholders, and details simultaneously.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media campaign management, website content updates, SEO, email communications, and analytics reporting.
- Ability to create polished marketing materials, presentations, written content, event collateral, and business development communications.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working directly with attorneys, executives, partners, vendors, consultants, and administrative teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel, along with CRM or marketing database management experience.
- Professional presence, sound judgment, attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive service-oriented approach.
- Stable professional work history preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior law firm or legal services marketing experience.
- Experience supporting attorneys or professional services leaders with business development, proposals, pitches, and client relationship initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, online reputation management, media relations, legal publications, and thought leadership content strategy.
- Experience coordinating client events, sponsorships, educational programs, and speaking engagements.
- LinkedIn profile and complete resume information available for recruiter review.
