The Digital Marketing Senior Analyst is responsible for driving high-intent traffic, improving search visibility, and increasing conversion through Signatures website and third-party directories. This role owns the strategy and execution of SEO, on-site personalization, and digital content optimization to capture demand earlier in the planning cycle and guide customers toward digital booking.
The role focuses on turning digital presence into a measurable growth engine through improved discoverability, relevant content, and personalized web experiences. This role leverages AI-driven insights and tools to enhance search performance, accelerate content development, and deliver more effective on-site personalization.
RESPONSIBILITIESSEO & Organic Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute a global SEO strategy to increase visibility across priority markets, services, and locations
- Identify and prioritize high-value keywords aligned to customer intent (flight planning, FBO selection, services)
- Optimize on-page, technical, and local SEO performance across the website
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversion performance, and continuously refine strategy
- Leverage AI tools to identify keyword opportunities, content gaps, and optimization strategies at scale
Website Personalization & Conversion Optimization
- Define and own web personalization strategy across the website, including anonymous and known user experiences
- Leverage behavioral, location, and CRM data to deliver dynamic, relevant content and offers
- Incorporate AI-driven recommendations and predictive insights to deliver more relevant, real-time website experiences
- Partner with CRM and Digital Experience teams to activate audience segmentation and dynamic content
- Optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve engagement and conversion
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve website performance
Content Strategy (Website-Focused)
- Develop and manage website content strategy aligned to customer journeys and search intent
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO, relevance, and conversion
- Align content to Signatures storytelling pillars and value proposition
- Maintain and evolve a content calendar focused on priority locations, services, and campaigns
- Use AI tools to accelerate content development, optimization, and scalability while maintaining quality and brand consistency
Third-Party Directories & Digital Presence
- Own strategy, performance, and optimization of third-party directory listings
- Manage listing levels, content, and enhancements to maximize visibility and conversion
- Evaluate ROI of directory investments and recommend enhancements or changes
- Ensure consistency of brand, messaging, and data across all external platforms
Agency & Vendor Management
- Own and manage relationships with SEO, content, and digital agencies
- Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and deliverables
- Ensure alignment between agency outputs and internal strategy
- Drive accountability for measurable outcomes (traffic, rankings, conversion)
Data, Insights & Performance
- Track and report on SEO performance, website engagement, and conversion metrics
- Translate data into actionable insights to improve digital performance
- Establish KPIs tied to business outcomes, including traffic quality and digital reservations
- Use AI-driven analytics and insights to improve targeting, performance, and decision-making
AI-Enabled Growth & Optimization
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate SEO performance, content optimization, and digital growth
- Use AI-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Apply AI to enhance on-site personalization, including dynamic content and next best action recommendations
- Partner with CRM, Data, and IT teams to activate AI-driven segmentation and targeting capabilities
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and capabilities to improve efficiency and performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Digital Experience, CRM (C360), and Marketing teams to align on priorities and execution
- Collaborate closely with IT to enable personalization capabilities, implement SEO and site enhancements, and ensure proper tagging, tracking, and platform performance
- Ensure website strategy supports broader digital ecosystem, including Signature Vision
- Collaborate with analytics and data teams to enhance tracking and measurement
- 3-5+ years of experience in SEO, digital growth, or website optimization
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and conversion through SEO and on-site optimization and personalization
- Experience with SEO tools and strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and web analytics
- Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., Strapi or similar)
- Experience working cross-functionally with IT or digital product teams to implement web enhancements
- Experience managing external agencies and vendors
- Experience using AI tools for SEO, content optimization, or digital growth
- Understanding of how AI can be applied to personalization, search behavior, and digital experience optimization
- Ability to translate data into insights and business recommendations
