Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Communications Specialist II to join their team. As a Communications Specialist II, you will be part of the Communications/Marketing department supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Communications Specialist II
Location: Meridian, ID (Hybrid preferred: 3 days onsite at Meridian campus, 2 days WFH).
Pay Rate: $43 hourly
What's the Job?
- Assist in developing and executing communication strategies to attract and educate members and stakeholders.
- Support the creation of newsletters, educational materials, web content, and marketing information across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote the organizations public image and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain internal and external communication materials, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Manage and execute internal and external communication plans, working closely with creative teams and internal clients.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 2-4+ years of marketing and/or communications experience, preferably in the health-related industry.
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related business field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Experience working across various communication channels and with internal and external audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
