The Content Marketing Manager develops highquality marketing content th supports product marketing stregies and brand messaging. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Content Marketing & Stregy, this role executes approved campaigns, adapts content across channels, and partners closely with product marketing, digital, and copy teams to deliver consistent, performancedriven narrives.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Execution

  • Cree and adapt content across forms, including sales colleral, digital assets, video scripts, social, email, and live event merials.
  • Repurpose core messages into modular assets optimized for channels and audiences.
  • Ensure alignment with brand, editorial, and messaging standards in collaborion with senior copy and content leadership.

Campaign & Product Marketing Support

  • Partner with product marketing managers to execute content components of approved marketing plans.
  • Produce launch and campaign assets on time and to specificion.
  • Incorpore stakeholder feedback under guidance from content leadership.
  • Write content designed to drive engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.

Channel & Performance Optimizion

  • Collabore with digital marketing to optimize content for performance.
  • Support testing, iterion, and refinement based on performance insights.
  • Apply content best practices and identify opportunities for scalability and efficiency.
Core Skills & Expertise
  • Strong understanding of messaging frameworks, positioning, and differentiion.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills across the customer journey.
  • Experience developing marketing colleral, video scripts, web pages, social copy, leadgen assets, and email.
  • Understanding of digital plforms, audience targeting, SEO, and content performance measurement.
  • Creive storyteller with a clear, audiencefocused writing style.
Experience & Educion

Required

  • 57 years of experience in content marketing, content stregy, or a reled role.
  • Proven track record of creing impactful marketing content.
  • Experience managing or contributing to editorial calendars.
  • Bachelors degree in communicions, journalism, marketing, business, or a reled field.

Preferred

  • Medical device, healthcare, or B2B technology writing experience.
  • Experience with CMS plforms.
Technical & Soft Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with publishing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).
  • Ability to align content stregy with business objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess content performance.
  • Strong collaborion, organizion, and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to communice complex informion clearly and effectively.
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to work independently while collaboring crossfunctionally.
  • Adaptability in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities.
  • Up to 5% travel.
