Manager, Brand Solutions & Integrated Marketing

Overview

Seeking an experienced marketing professional to develop and execute integrated sponsorship and branded content programs across streaming, linear, digital, social, and custom content platforms. This role combines creative strategy, client-facing pitch development, cross-functional collaboration, and end-to-end project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated marketing and sponsorship solutions in response to RFPs and proactively identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Lead ideation sessions and cross-functional brainstorms to create innovative branded content programs.
  • Build compelling client-facing presentations and pitch materials using PowerPoint and Keynote.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, legal, production, research, and business affairs to gain alignment and approvals.
  • Present and pitch concepts to clients and agency partners.
  • Stay current on emerging trends across streaming, social media, creator marketing, and digital platforms.
  • Support deal negotiations and sponsorship packaging strategies.
  • Lead activation and execution of sold programs, including timelines, approvals, production, shoots, post-production, and launch coordination.
  • Manage client communications, creative approvals, budgets, billing, research, and recap reporting.
  • Ensure seamless delivery across all platforms and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, sponsorships, branded content, media, entertainment marketing, advertising sales, or agency environments.
  • Experience developing and executing social media campaigns and sponsored social activations across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing programs spanning digital, social, streaming, and content partnerships.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and deck-building skills.
  • Proven project management experience with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, Google Workspace, Airtable, and related collaboration tools.

Preferred

  • Affinity for storytelling, documentary, adventure, science, nature, or cultural content brands.
  • Passion for social media, content marketing, and emerging media trends.

Schedule

  • Hybrid schedule: Monday-Thursday in office, Friday remote
  • Burbank office
