Job Description
Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap development, market and consumer research,petitive analysis, product planning, positioning, and successful new product launches.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, R D, Operations, and other key stakeholders to deliver high-quality products from concept through launch, ensuring continuous improvement based on market feedback.
Developprehensive product strategy documents, including business cases, technical requirements, pricing strategy, revenue projections, and ROI analysis.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales data to formulate effective go-to-market strategies and define clear product objectives that support impactful marketingmunications.
Collaborate closely with teams throughout product development, testing (QA), andmercialization, while effectively prioritizing resources to support overall business goals.
Lead the development of product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates Synear Foods' products across key market segments and enhances brandpetitiveness.
Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 annual base salary, plus up to 20% performance bonus, depending on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field (required)
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English required
Must have 3-5 years of experience in product management, including 3 years in CPG industry is a plus
Solid understanding of food production processes, food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP), costing, and quality systems is preferred
Demonstrated experience supporting go-to-market initiatives and collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams
Proven track record of managing the full product development lifecycle from concept throughmercialization
Strong ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
Proficient in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, etc.
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
