Member Acquisition Senior Marketing Specialist Job Summary The Member Acquisition Senior Marketing Specialist supports the planning and execution of client-specific member acquisition campaigns and digital experiences for large employer groups. This role partners closely with marketing strategy, digital, creative, and cross-functional teams to deliver consumer-focused communications that drive membership growth and enhance the open enrollment experience. Responsibilities Enhance the open enrollment experience with digital tools by maintaining and updating microsites, uploading content, and ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards. Support writing and editing consumer-friendly digital and print communications (emails, flyers, microsites, presentations) based on direction from marketing strategists. Support client-specific member (B2B2C) communications for large employer groups, ensuring strategies and messaging resonate with members and prospects. Develop a strong understanding of large group product offerings and collaborate with marketing leads to deliver best-in-class, consumer-focused communications. Manage the execution of multiple client-specific member marketing acquisition campaigns by deadline and within budget. Submit and manage project tickets (e.G., JIRA, Workfront), track timelines and deliverables, and oversee redlining and quality assurance of creative assets across email, print, and web. Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including creative, account management, digital, legal, and communications governance teams to ensure clear requirements and timely delivery of campaign assets. Support campaign performance tracking and reporting by pulling metrics (email, microsite, etc.) and assisting with reporting and optimization. Ensure proper use of tracking tools (such as UTM codes and campaign IDs) and maintain documentation to support marketing operations and campaign execution. Leverage data and analytics to optimize campaigns, recommend KPIs and metrics, and report progress against goals to management. Requirements Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing (e.G., websites, email, social). 2 or more years of experience in the health insurance or related industry strongly preferred. 2 5 years of copywriting experience with an agency or in-house brand team. Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Ability to work independently and serve as a subject matter resource for others, providing direction and problem resolution. Proven ability to leverage data to optimize campaigns, define KPIs, and report on relevant marketing metrics. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in advanced features of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with HTML and video editing is a plus. Comfort with change, continuous improvement, and agile ways of working. Experience with project management software tools such as Adobe Workfront, JIRA, Asana, or Wrike. Skills Digital marketing (email, web, and social) campaign execution. Website and content management (e.G., CMS tools such as WordPress or similar). Copywriting and editing for consumer-facing communications. Project and stakeholder management across creative, sales, and marketing teams. Data-driven marketing, reporting, and KPI optimization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with HTML and basic video editing (preferred). Experience working within agile or iterative marketing environments. Summary Qualification Bachelor s degree (B.A. Or B.S.) or equivalent experience. 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience. 2+ years of experience in health insurance or closely related industry preferred. 2 5 years of professional copywriting experience with an agency or brand. Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent marketing projects end-to-end. Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. Proven ability to analyze campaign performance data and present insights to stakeholders. Comfortable working independently as a senior-level individual contributor.
