Our client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Marketing Assistant/Analyst 3 for their Long Beach, CA/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
The Commercial Member Acquisition marketing team is looking for a dynamic marketing professional to join us as the Member Acquisition Sr. Specialist
This role will report to the Premier Accounts Marketing Manager and works in close partnership with our Marketing Strategy team located throughout California.
This role is execution-focused and will support the delivery of client-specific campaigns and digital experiences with the marketing leads.
Enhance the open enrollment experience with digital tools -
Work with digital strategy and other marketing strategists to enhance the open enrollment digital experience. This includes maintaining and updating microsites, uploading content, and ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
Support writing and editing consumer-friendly digital and print communications (emails, flyers, microsites, presentations) based on direction from marketing strategists.
Support client-specific member (B2B2C) communications for Client largest employer groups -
Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and communications that resonate with members and prospects to drive membership growth. Be knowledgeable of large groups' product offering and collaborate with other Marketing leads to deliver best in class communications that focuses on the consumer.
Support execution of client-specific member marketing acquisition campaigns
Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously by deadline and on budget.
Responsibilities include submitting and managing JIRA/Workfront ticket, redlining and QA'ing creative assets (emails, print, web, and tracking timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
Partner with internal and external audiences
This includes the creative, account management, digital, legal and communications governance teams to ensure clear requirements, timely execution, and smooth delivery of campaign assets to meet business and membership growth goals.
Support campaign performance tracking and reporting -
Pull campaign metrics (email, microsite, etc.), assist with reporting, and ensure proper use of tracking tools (e.g., UTM codes, campaign IDs).
This could include supporting marketing operations and campaign execution through maintaining documentation, and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements:
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
Requires at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing (websites, email, social, etc.)
At least 2 years of health insurance experience strongly preferred
2-5 years copywriting experience with an agency or brand
Requires excellent project management and organizational skills, detail oriented, and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Must have stellar communication (both written and verbal) skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as creative and marketing teams, account managers, and external partners
Ability to work independently and is looked to by others for subject matter expertise, direction, and resolution of problems
Leverages data to optimize campaigns and recommend KPIs (key performance indicators) and metrics to meet goals and objectives and reports. Report campaign progress against goals and relevant marketing metrics to management
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to use advanced features of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience with HTML and video editing a plus
