Skin Pharm is seeking a strategic, analytically-minded Digital Marketing Manager to manage and optimize our owned digital channels across both our clinic locations and DTC e-commerce business. This role is focused on lifecycle marketing, email and SMS, and website strategy, with a core mission of driving customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation across all digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate brings a creative-meets-analytics skill set, a test-and-learn mindset, and a genuine passion for building customer-first programs that deepen brand loyalty and increase engagement.

Location: Nashville or New York, Hybrid

  • Execute digital marketing strategy across email, SMS, website, and lifecycle/CRM for both clinic locations and the DTC product line
  • Own the development and execution of all lifecycle marketing initiatives, with a focus on acquisition, retention, and reactivation across key moments and customer cohorts
  • Build channel and content strategy for all lifecycle communications, including welcome flows, retention sequences, win-backs, replenishment programs, and post-visit journeys designed to increase frequency and LTV
  • Manage email and SMS calendars, ensuring consistent, on-brand communication that drives both clinic appointment bookings and product revenue
  • Oversee website strategy and performance, partnering with design and development teams to improve UX, CRO, and conversion across all digital touchpoints; constantly seek optimization opportunities through creative, copy and landing page analysis
  • Develop a data-driven, customer-centric test-and-learn culture through rigorous A/B testing and ongoing optimization across email, SMS, and web
  • Establish and track KPIs for all owned channels, providing regular reporting with clear insights and recommended actions
  • Map and analyze the customer journey across both clinic and e-commerce contexts, identifying friction points and opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and retention
  • Contribute to SEO and AEO strategy and execution, including on-page optimization and content recommendations, in partnership with relevant stakeholders
  • Stay current on best practices across owned digital channels and proactively identify opportunities to improve Skin Pharm's digital infrastructure
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on email, SMS, lifecycle/CRM, digital content and website strategy
  • Proven track record of driving measurable retention and reactivation outcomes through owned channel programs
  • Deep expertise in email and SMS marketing, including segmentation, automation, and iterative testing
  • Experience with CRO methodologies and website optimization
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfort working with data to derive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo, Shopify, and GA4
  • Working knowledge of SEO, GEO and AEO principles
  • Experience in multi-location or omnichannel environments a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
