About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and highly analytical Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics to support growth and optimization of our credit card products. This role reports to the Head of Valuations & Investment Decisioning and will serve as a key business partner to Marketing, Product, Finance, Risk, and Executive Leadership teams by delivering data-driven insights that improve acquisition performance, customer engagement, profitability, and long-term portfolio growth.
This role will be based in our Wilmington, Delaware office in a hybrid capacity.
What You'll Do:
Marketing Performance & Optimization
- Lead the marketing investment cycle collaborating across credit, finance, and strategy teams to launch marketing campaigns
- Architect and launch the firm's first optimization engine to target prospects, maximizing expected economics while maintaining policy thresholds
- Partner closely with Growth Marketing teams to optimize campaign targeting, channel mix, creative performance, and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Build and maintain bottom-up business unit economic growth forecasts
- Produce the quantitative outputs that support investor reporting and capital market narratives, including securitization performance analytics and portfolio stratifications
Customer & Portfolio Analytics
- Build and own the account valuation (unit economics) models that underpin credit card investment decisions
- Evaluate cardholder engagement trends, spend behavior, utilization, rewards engagement, and retention drivers
- Conduct cohort analyses to understand customer lifecycle performance and long-term portfolio health
- Partner with Product and Risk teams to evaluate customer quality, credit performance, and unit economics
Experimentation & Strategic Insights
- Design and measure A/B and multivariate tests to improve economic outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, portfolio profitability, and lifetime value (LTV)
- Deliver actionable recommendations through statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling
- Support executive decision-making with clear storytelling and concise business recommendations
- Translate large, complex datasets into meaningful insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Data & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and scalability
- Drive consistency in KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and attribution frameworks
- Mentor and develop junior analysts and foster a data-driven culture across the organization
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on growth strategy, portfolio trends, and marketing investment decisions
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, growth analytics, or related analytical roles
- 3+ years of experience supporting credit card, lending, banking, or fintech products strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of card economics, acquisition funnels, customer lifecycle metrics, and portfolio performance
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets
- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and experimentation methodologies
- Experience using Python or similar analytical programming languages preferred
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Highly organized, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in consumer fintech, digital banking, BNPL, or credit card organizations
- Familiarity with credit policy mechanics: application decisioning, risk-tiering, and the linkage between origination quality and portfolio performance
- Prior people leadership or team management experience

The compensation range of this position in Wilmington, Delaware is USD $140,000-190,000 annually plus equity and benefits. Please note that the actual base pay will be dependent on a variety of factors, including without limitation, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
