- Marketing Asset Creation : Develop and distribute marketing materials including promotional content, social media graphics, email campaigns, website content, digital advertisements, and other creative assets.
- Campaign Execution: Execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and community partnerships.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok channels by creating engaging content, interacting with followers, monitoring trends, and maintaining a strong online presence across multiple dealership locations.
- Facebook and Digital Advertising: Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertisements including campaign setup, audience targeting, creative development, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Graphic Design and Content Creation: Create visually compelling graphics, photo/video content, and promotional materials while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms and dealership locations.
- Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay current with social media trends, trending audio, viral content styles, and digital marketing best practices to create timely, engaging, and relevant content for the brand.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate promotional events, sponsorships, community outreach initiatives, and dealership marketing events while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution.
- Reporting and Metrics: Compile and track reports related to marketing campaigns, advertising performance, social media analytics, website traffic, and sales-related metrics.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned to support business needs.
Creativity with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual and written marketing content while maintaining brand standards.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant design tools.
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and digital marketing platforms required.
Strong understanding of current social media trends and the ability to quickly adapt content to trending formats and conversations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Photography, videography, and content creation experience preferred.
Analytical mindset with the ability to review campaign performance and identify trends is a plus.
