Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive client engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in home health care.
- Support the sales team by coordinating outreach efforts and follow-up communications.
- Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures and online content.
- Manage social media accounts to enhance brand visibility and community interaction.
- Organize and participate in community events to promote our services.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with the home health care industry is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
