About the Role: Join ComForCare Home Health Care as a Sales/Marketing Assistant and be a vital part of our mission to provide exceptional in-home care. This exciting opportunity allows you to engage with the community, promote our services, and help families find the support they need.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive client engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in home health care.
• Support the sales team by coordinating outreach efforts and follow-up communications.
• Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures and online content.
• Manage social media accounts to enhance brand visibility and community interaction.
• Organize and participate in community events to promote our services.
• Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with the home health care industry is a plus.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
