Job Description Summary:

Were looking for a Senior Solution & Customer Marketing Manager to drive transformational growth within Rocket Softwares Agentic AI platform.

Reporting to the Director, Solution & Customer Marketing as part of the Solutions and Customer Marketing team, and working closely with Growth Marketing, Product Management and Sales, you will lead the go-to-market (including messaging, collateral and launches) for a new AI solution that enable IT teams at some of the worlds largest organizations to modernize their infrastructure. You will also enable peers in marketing to build campaigns and our direct and partner sellers to adopt and execute go-to-market strategies that build pipeline, identify pilot customers, and drive revenue.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Build Launch-Centric GTM Strategies to Accelerate Market Entry: Assess market dynamics, pinpoint high-potential segments, and align the organization around a differentiated GTM approach that drives awareness, pipeline, and early customer adoption.

+ Sharpen Insights to Attract & Engage Audiences: Lead the development and ongoing improvement of audience and persona frameworks and buyer journey maps to inform content strategy, demand and conversion programs.

+ Understand Alternative Solutions to Improve Competitive Position: Actively understand alternative market solutions and accepted approaches that customers may employ to solve their challenges to continuously inform product strategy and tune strategic messaging that feeds campaigns, enablement and customer programing.

+ Develop Strategic Messaging and Content: Craft strategic messaging, driven by competitive positioning and AI knowledge, that articulates unique value to and resonates with target audiences and that displays our unique perspective on the market and ideal solution.

+ Evolve High Impact Product Launch Strategy: Improve the market and customer impact of product launches and integrations with defined accountability and outcomes.

+ Equip the Business: Work in strategic partnership across the business to enable cross functional teams on market, plays, offers and other topics as fit.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

+ 5-7 years of experience in a B2B software product and/or solution marketing role (experience with customer marketing and content marketing is a bonus)
