Tasks will include coordination and production of competitive architecture/engineering proposals; graphic layout; copy editing and proofreading; and data organization. Successful candidates will be: * 3-10 years into their careers, with experience responding to formal RFPs; * Skilled interpersonal communicators; * Self-motivated and highly organized; * Highly proficient in InDesign; * Comfortable with a fast-paced workplace and multiple deadlines; * Easy to get along with and eager to learn; * Interested, or have a background, in the AE industry.
