- Create and maintain presentations, sales materials, one-sheets, and marketing documents
- Develop templates for go-to-market plans, brand plans, and presentation materials
- Build operational tools and resources to support timelines, trafficking, approvals, and internal processes
- Coordinate review cycles and approvals for marketing and licensing materials
- Develop pitch decks and milestone presentation materials for licensees and retail partners
- Maintain and update brand calendars and key milestone schedules
- Coordinate review and approvals of marketing materials
- Develop pitch materials for milestone meetings with licensees and retailers
- Maintain brand calendars
- Collaborate with retail and licensing teams to support the sell-in process
