LV Collective, an Austin-based student-housing and multifamily developer, is seeking a smart, creative and digitally savvy property marketing intern to join our team for the fall. This position will support the leasing and marketing efforts for our new student housing development, Rambler Blacksburg, located near Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. This internship will help prepare you for a position in marketing and communications by offering hands-on experience with inbound and content marketing strategies, content calendar creation, CRM and marketing automation software, social media campaigns, and more.
