Job SummaryResponsible for developing and executing marketing and brand strategy initiatives to support clinical service lines and programs. Coordinates business development, outreach initiatives, and communication efforts to drive patient volume and revenue growth. Builds and maintains strategic relationships with internal and external partners to advance organizational goals. Implements and manages marketing programs, including research, advertising, publications, and online presence. Ensures effective communication and promotion of services to enhance brand awareness and community engagement.
Essential FunctionsDevelops and executes marketing plans aligned with strategic goals and budgets.
Coordinates interdisciplinary teams to assess needs and implement marketing strategies.
Leverages healthcare marketing expertise to conduct assessments and identify opportunities.
Ensures compliance in developing patient stories and marketing materials.
Manages and executes marketing programs across multiple channels and platforms.
Represents UK HealthCare to external stakeholders and manages strategic outreach initiatives.
Advises leadership on best practices, operational improvements, and market trends.
Analyzes market and project data to measure initiative effectiveness and inform decisions.
Develops and manages program marketing budgets, ensuring compliance with policies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education RequirementBachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
Experience Requirement2+ years of experience in marketing, business administration, or a relevant area
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
All experience must be paid and in the same related field.
Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.
Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
