Description du poste

Nous recherchons une personne enthousiaste et determinee pour occuper le poste de representant marketing evenementiel a Milwaukee.

En tant que representant marketing evenementiel a Milwaukee, vous serez charge de contribuer a la mise en uvre de notre strategie sur le marche intermediaire, qui couvre nos secteurs d'activite Travaux , Magasins et Formation . Cette strategie comprend l'organisation et la realisation de grands evenements, des actions de vente lors des journees IC Counter Day , les journees Pro Days de marketing evenementiel chez Home Depot, ainsi que des initiatives visant a impliquer les syndicats et les ecoles professionnelles, sans oublier diverses autres initiatives de marketing terrain. Des deplacements seront a prevoir tout au long de l'annee dans le cadre de nos operations. Le candidat retenu devra egalement organiser et mettre en uvre un plan formel sur son propre territoire afin de maximiser l'impact et la presence sur les points de vente en utilisant les programmes definis par l'equipe. Ce poste vise a developper une planification strategique a l'echelle regionale et nationale, ainsi qu'une execution exceptionnelle.

Vos missions

Le/la charge(e) de marketing evenementiel de Milwaukee sera charge(e) de soutenir et de diriger l'organisation et la mise en uvre de toutes les initiatives s'inscrivant dans le cadre du modele travailler, acheter et apprendre .

Vous aurez la responsabilite globale de creer des impressions de marque significatives aupres de nos principaux utilisateurs du marche intermediaire, afin de vous assurer qu'ils comprennent pleinement l'orientation de notre marque vers l'innovation disruptive et notre vision d'un chantier sans fil.

Vous serez notre interlocuteur privilegie pour les presentations de produits dans nos nouvelles categories phares et serez charge de contribuer a generer des impressions lors de nos evenements, tels que les Milwaukee Core Trade Nights et les salons professionnels, entre autres.

Collaborez avec les responsables de territoire et les TR NAR pour planifier les journees de vente IC et stimuler les ventes en point de vente.

Travaillez a la mise en uvre de notre marque, a la formation, a la vente et au soutien des programmes destines aux ecoles professionnelles. Collaborez avec les responsables commerciaux pour positionner correctement les programmes de remise afin de stimuler les ventes en point de vente et les impressions.

Etablissez des relations durables avec les partenaires des ecoles professionnelles de votre territoire afin d'organiser efficacement plus de 15 sessions de formation Milwaukee Heavy Duty par an pour les etudiants.

Grande energie et capacite a interagir avec les clients potentiels et les utilisateurs finaux.

Capacite a s'organiser et a s'adapter a des defis varies

Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome et en equipe

Apprendre et perfectionner nos argumentaires de vente specifiques a chaque categorie, qui feront partie de toutes les initiatives MIT et MIS

Se rendre sur les marches necessitant une aide pour la planification et la mise en uvre des taches susmentionnees

Posseder une excellente connaissance des produits et en comprendre non seulement les caracteristiques et les avantages, mais aussi les applications, afin de mettre en avant la valeur ajoutee et la productivite de notre catalogues

Ce que vous devez apporter

Diplome universitaire de premier cycle ou experience professionnelle equivalente requise

Une experience de 1 a 2 ans dans la vente ou un domaine connexe est un atout

Maitrise des outils informatiques et des applications Microsoft Office requise

Excellentes competences en matiere de presentation requises

Position Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and determined individual to fill the role of Milwaukee Event Marketing Representative.

As a Milwaukee Event Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for helping implement our mid-market strategy involving our work, shop, and learn verticals. The strategy involves the organization and execution of large events, IC counter day selling executions, Home Depot FMR Pro Days, union, and trade school engagement, along with various other field marketing initiatives. There will be periods of travel throughout the year around our executions. A successful candidate will also be expected to organize and execute a formal plan within your own territory that will maximize impressions and POS utilizing the programs laid out by the team. The role is intended to develop strategic planning on a regional and national scale along with exceptional execution.

What You Will Do

The Milwaukee Event Marketing Representative will support and lead the organization and execution of all initiatives within the work, shop, and learn model.

Have the overall responsibility to create meaningful brand impressions with our core midmarket users that ensure they fully understand our brands focus of disruptive innovation and vision for a cordless jobsite

You will be our go to resource for product pitches on our focus new product categories and will be responsible for helping to drive event day impressions at our event executions such as Milwaukee Core Trade Nights, and Trade Show executions among others

Collaborate with Territory Managers and TR NARs to schedule IC Sales Days and drive POS

Work to implement our brand, train, sell, support trade school programming. Work with Sales Leaders to properly position discount programs to drive POS and impressions

Create longstanding relationships with your territories trade school partners to effectively deliver 15+ Milwaukee Heavy Duty Training sessions to students per year

High energy and ability to engage with prospective customers and end-users

Ability to organize and adapt to varying challenges

The ability to work independently and within a team

Learn and perfect our category specific product pitches that will be part of all MIT and MIS executions

Travel to markets requiring help in planning and executing above

Must possess a high level of Product Knowledge and understand not only features and benefits, but also applications to communicate the value and productivity in our catalogue.

Continuing focus on improving Selling skills to help close deals during our sales days
