Commercial Marketing Assistant

Cardinal Staffing has partnered with a company in Cranberry twp. We are seeking a Commercial Marketing Assistant to help with their rebranding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
* Support product commercialization data entry, ensuring product information, SKUs, attributes, and launch details are accurately documented across internal systems.
* Conduct audits of point-of-sale materials, digital merchandising assets, social content, and color collateral to identify items requiring rebrand updates.
* Partner with Brand, Product and Sales teams to define go-forward recommendations for updated or obsolete materials.
* Submit and track design requests to the Graphic Design team; facilitate content development, feedback cycles, and approvals.
* Submit and track creative asset requests to the Creative Assets team; facilitate project updates and reviews with Brand and Channel teams.
* Maintain clear documentation of asset status, timelines, and version control.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute internal communications to impacted teams outlining upcoming changes, timing, expectations, and required actions.
* Develop communication materials including email announcements, FAQ documents, timelines, and internal presentations.
* Support cross-functional meetings and projects by capturing notes, tracking action items, maintaining project lists and trackers, and ensuring follow-up.

Qualifications
* Bachelor"s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
* 1-3 years of experience in marketing, brand support, project management, or related role (internship experience considered).
* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint); experience with Adobe Workfront, project management or workflow tools a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborative mindset with strong follow-through and accountability, balanced with ability to work independently.
