Job Summary: Develops and implements content for multiple electronic marketing platforms. Collaborates with ad agency to optimize paid digital advertisements. Program content for digital menu boards and other digital platforms. Ensure brand standards are executed on digital platforms. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Monitors and analyzes digital marketing performance using key metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for digital advertising Stays up to date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies, recommending new tools or strategies to improve campaign performance. Tests and optimizes ad creatives, targeting, and messaging for paid digital campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions. Applies technical skills to create, test and implement content for electronic marketing platforms. Confirms accuracy of content and successful targeting of information to customer base. Ensures brand standards are executed through channels responsible for. Collaborates with ad agency on paid digital buys, creative, execution and reporting. Assists with digital content creation for paid social platforms. Traffics art for all platforms through design process to implementation. Consults with brands teams on strategy development to effectively market brands and products using Paid Media platforms. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Intermediate knowledge of digital marketing principles and optimization of marketing budgets. Intermediate knowledge of digital marketing vehicles to promote across multiple platforms. Intermediate knowledge of marketing principles and practices. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Basic mathematical skills required. Ability to comprehend and interpret information. Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence. Ability to research information, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to learn new technology systems, methods and processes. Ability to reason, form concepts and recognize and solve problems. Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form. Ability to show information in presentation or diagram form. Ability to strategically organize, prioritize, and manage time to maximize efficiency and drive results. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information. Ability to occasionally travel to off-site and out-of-town locations with possible overnight stays. Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays. Must be attentive to potential hazards and remedy or place appropriate warning signs or devices around or near the hazard as soon as is reasonably possible. Must report any potential hazards that cannot be immediately remedied to a supervisor. Education, Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education required. Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy. Physical Demands: Continuously required to use close vision, distance vision, depth perception or the ability to focus. Frequently required to talk and hear. Frequently required to use fine finger movements (ex. sorting and typing). Frequently required to sit for long periods of time. Occasionally required to use hands for reaching, touching or handling. Occasionally required to push, pull, maneuver or lift objects up to 40 lbs. Occasionally required to bend, kneel or squat. Occasionally required to stand or walk. Attendance at work is required.
