We're a large, fast-growing local HVAC company on a mission to keep our community comfortable year-round, and we're looking for a creative, strategic, and slightly obsessed Marketing Manager to bring our brand to life across social media.

What You'll Do

-Create, curate, and manage scroll-stopping content (graphics, videos, photography) using tools like Adobe

-Own and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and beyond

-Monitor social listening tools to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity

-Plan, schedule, and publish content using third-party platforms like a pro

-Launch and optimize campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and conversions

-Analyze performance metrics and turn data into actionable insights

-Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen brand reputation and community presence

-Oversee photography shoots and video projects to ensure high-quality, on-brand visuals

-Track campaign performance and continuously refine strategy
