Marketing Assistant - Charleston, SC

We are a well-established Independent Advisory and Financial Services Company in Charleston, SC , seeking an organized, self-motivated Marketing Assistant with excellent interpersonal skills. If you enjoy building relationships, thrive in a team environment, and want opportunities for professional and personal growth, wed love to meet you. What youll do:

• Answer phones and greet clients upon arrival
• Consistently follow up with prospects
• Assist with marketing ideas and initiatives
• Keep CRM updated with prospect/client interactions
• Track weekly and monthly progress, including number of calls made, appointments set, and appointments kept with Chief Advisor
• Work both independently and proactively to meet your business goals
• Assist the team with various administrative tasks as needed
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in an office role
• Exceptional time management skills
• Proven ability to engage prospects and clients over the phone
• Customer service oriented and team player
• Comfortable taking direction
• Strong technology skills

Bonus Points:

• Experience in a financial services or advisory environment
• Prior experience with CRM systems
• Proactive approach to new marketing ideas

What Youll Get: Pay & Perks:

• $50,000 - $55,000 annual salary, based on experience
