As the Director of Contract Marketing, you'll lead channel and demand generation strategies that bring our purpose to life. You'll partner cross-functionally to elevate our brand, drive pipeline, support sales teams, and inspire our communityfrom the A&D audience to dealers, clients, and internal sales teams. With a strong foundation in B2B marketing best practices and a sharp eye for what's next, you'll help shape the future of contract marketing at MillerKnoll.
What You'll Do
Lead and evolve integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, events, and demand generation
Collaborate with North America sales, enablement, brand, and global marketing teams on go-to-market strategies and campaigns that educate, promote, and facilitate sales
Manage and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and accountability
Develop inbound programs that grow awareness, build community, and generate qualified leads through a design-forward lens
Oversee outbound efforts including campaigns and events, with a focus on storytelling and performance
Build the foundational marketing tech stackimplementing CRM, automation, and analytics tools to scale marketing impact
Leverage data and insights to inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and align efforts with business goals
Champion sustainability and design thinking as key pillars of our brand story
Serve as a strategic partner in MillerKnoll's ongoing brand evolution, helping unify legacy brands under one powerful, forward-looking identity
What You Bring
10+ years of B2B marketing experience, within contract furniture, design, or related industries preferred
5+ years in a senior marketing leadership role, managing cross-functional teams
Proven ability to build and scale inbound and outbound programs that drive brand impact and pipeline
Experience supporting dealer and sales teams through tools, content, and enablement strategies
Strong analytical mindset with experience building CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and performance tracking frameworks
Excellent storytelling, communication, and influencing skills
Passion for design, innovation, sustainability, and creating purpose-driven brand experiences
