iHire, an award-winning, industry-focused online recruiting platform, seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Frederick, Maryland.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play an active role in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels in support of iHire’s B2B line of business and corporate goals. Under strategic guidance, you will be responsible for creating compelling content, including website copy, eBooks, blog posts, social media content, and webinar presentations, as well as support our event marketing and webinar programs.
Innovative thinking, problem solving, and an open and collaborative communication style are critical, especially as you will be working closely with other iHire teams such as Sales, Customer Success, and Product.

What You’ll Do
Collaborate on the strategy and implementation of content marketing campaigns to support marketing objectives.
Create resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.).
Write, build, test, and optimize HTML-based content marketing landing pages.
Develop, test, implement, and monitor employer lead nurturing content campaigns to move leads through the sales funnel.
Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns for the employer LOB.
Continually monitor/improve Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and track various KPIs to make strategic plans and meet/exceed performance benchmarks.
Contribute to influencer outreach and relationship building for the employer LOB.
Assist with event marketing operations, including inventory and trade show logistics when appropriate post-COVID-19.
Assist with webinar program logistics, including pre- and post-marketing efforts and day-of operations.
Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience in marketing and content marketing. Additional work experience accepted in lieu of education.
Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven copy-editing ability.
Strong understanding of SEO concepts and best practices.
Intrigued by data and comfortable with using analytics to make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to see a project through to completion.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
