iHire Product Update – July 2025
Summer is heating up, and so are updates and improvements to iHire’s platform. In July, we’ve introduced customizable automation controls, more accessible job posting analytics, new message center filters, and more features and functions to make your hiring efforts more efficient. Here’s what’s new at iHire:
Customizable AI and Automation Controls
Employers can now further customize their hiring experience by selectively turning on and off different AI-powered features. This is possible by going to your Notifications Center and choosing “Customize” under “Customize Your iHire Automations,” or by selecting “Account” beneath your name at the top of the page. You will then be able to toggle on and off features including AI-powered candidate summaries, iScores, candidate sourcing, and more under the “Customize AI Assistant” section of your Account Information page.
More Easily Accessible Job Posting Analytics
Accessing job posting insights is easier than ever before. Employers will now see an “Analytics” tab on the main menu on their dashboard. When you select the tab, you can instantly view job performance information for all your active jobs, empowering you to make better and faster decisions to optimize your postings.

New Personalized Demo Videos
Employers looking to learn more about iHire before making a buying decision can view a demo video that showcases the most relevant hiring solutions for their business needs. To view a demo, select “Watch Demo” on the iHire.com homepage or in the “Hiring Solutions” dropdown menu. Simply input a few details about your organization to customize your experience.
Additional Message Center Filters
We’ve introduced new filter options in the employer Message Center, helping you easily drill down to important conversations and see only the messages you’ve sent. With this update, employers can filter messages by team member and display the list of candidates that team member has emailed or texted. This is particularly helpful if you have multiple team members messaging candidates from your organization’s account.
