We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Project Manager with experience in the agriculture industry (preferred, not mandatory) to lead the execution of marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, product adoption, and customer engagement. This mid-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing tactics, product launches, trade shows, and digital initiatives tailored to the agriculture sector.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with brand managers, product managers, agronomists, sales teams, creative teams, and external agencies to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Timeline & Budget Management: Develop project timelines, track milestones, and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
Campaign Execution: Oversee the development of marketing materials, digital content, and event logistics, ensuring consistency with brand and messaging.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve project delivery across the marketing function.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Agribusiness, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably within the agriculture or ag-tech industry.
Strong understanding of agricultural markets, customer segments (e.g., growers, dealers, agronomists), and seasonal marketing cycles (preferred, not mandatory).
Proficiency in project management tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Familiarity with design platforms.
Experience coordinating with field teams and understanding rural customer engagement.
