Marketing Project Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The Marketing Project Manager provides support for the Marketing team. They must be extremely motivated and organized to be an asset in our fast-paced environment.
Description:
The Marketing Project Manager provides support for the Marketing team on the execution of a strategy aimed at positioning LT as a thought leader in the national marketing agency landscape. Your work will ultimately drive more leads for the agency and enable our sales team to close business more quickly and efficiently.
While you will not be working on client work, you will promote the great work our team does. This role is perfect for a T-shaped individual who wants to learn all aspects of the agency business. You will become part project manager, part digital marketer, and might even be asked to write some content from time-to-time.
A critical element of this position is the candidate's ability to think on their feet, be very adaptable, and have great multitasking skills to meet LT's ever-evolving Marketing and Business Development team role.
Someone who embraces AI and wants to try different tools and proactively suggests new ways of doing things that can save us time and/or get us a better end work product is a huge plus.
Reporting Relationship:
Will report to the Chief Marketing Officer, who will provide mentorship, oversight, and assistance with your day-to-day responsibilities and career growth.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Project Management (this is the primary responsibility):
Own our project and marketing content calendar and be aware of where all projects stand at a given time. These include a combination of marketing, event, and business development initiatives.
Ensure team members have the assets they need to complete a project on time and are in alignment with strategy (you must be good at removing removing blockers that might be delaying a cross discipline team)
Working in our project management tool to keep things organized while communicating
Act as a marketing liaison during daily check-in meetings
Content Development:
Ability to provide feedback to members of the content and creative teams. Items you will sometimes be writing content and other times reviewing and providing copy and visual feedback to internal team members on content, including:
Industry Reports
Case Studies
Blog Posts
Social Media Posts
You may be called on to write short-form pieces of content as well (blog posts, newsletter, social media, etc.)
May be called on to help with proofing or quality assurance, so a strong attention to detail is important.
Marketing Execution:
Website Updates (in HubSpot)
Adding/publishing new pages, including case studies and blog posts, to the site. The ability to make small fixes to pages without technical knowledge is a plus.
Social Media
Own the social media content calendar and work with interns to ensure content goes out on time and is on brand.
Editing of social post copy.
Develop an understanding of what type of content resonates with a b2b audience.
Sales Enablement:
Account-based Marketing Support
Attend weekly sales & marketing meetings
Arm members of the sales, marketing, and account services teams with the content they need in order to do outreach
CRM Management (in HubSpot)
Implement workflows, dashboards, and other customizations for campaigns we develop
Weekly reporting of numbers and ensuring data integrity
Prospect List Building
Use a tool like ZoomInfo to build out target prospect lists for specific campaigns.
Routine clean-up of existing contact lists to ensure we are reaching the right people.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business/marketing or a related field is preferred
Excellent ability to meet deadlines on projects and coordination of tasks
Natural ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment. Extraordinary communication skills; providing the team with information about the status of coordination tasks or issues
Have a passion for the latest and greatest in technology, marketing, advertising, communications, and innovation
Driven to accept responsibility and accountability for work while seeking opportunities for additional challenges and growth
Experience working with marketing tools like CRM/CMS is a plus, but not required (bonus if you've worked in the Hubspot platform)
Experience working in project management tools (Our current tools include Airtable/Target Process, but this experience is not required)
Google Suite (Working on spreadsheets and presentation decks)
Prospect research tools that you'll want to have familiarity with include:
