We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and collaborative Senior Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing marketing team. In this role, you will help drive regional and field marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, generate demand, and support client engagement.

You will take the lead on planning and executing high-impact campaigns, manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, and serve as a key liaison between the marketing team and internal stakeholders across the business. This is a hybrid role that may consist of up to 20% travel.

What You'll Do

  • Project & Campaign Management

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent marketing projects from concept through completion.

  • Build and manage project timelines, workflows, and deliverables across stakeholders and teams.

  • Track and report key performance metrics, providing post-event or post-campaign analysis and recommendations.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a strategic partner to our go-to-market teams to identify marketing opportunities and support business goals.

  • Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment, buy-in, and timely updates.

  • Digital Marketing

  • Collaborate with our regional and global marketing teams on building compelling email and paid digital marketing programs targeted to specific audiences that build engagement across the buyer's journey.

  • Support digital marketing tactics and provide recommendations as GTM partner marketing leaders build out their campaign strategies.

  • Manage activated digital campaigns for optimal engagement and ROI, monitoring bids and audience criteria closely throughout the life of a campaign.

  • Account Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Identify, research, and prioritize high-value target accounts in partnership with sales and strategy teams.

  • Understand key decision-makers and influencers within each account and map content and engagement tactics to the buyer journey stages for each persona.

  • Build and execute personalized, multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, ads, direct mail, webinars, content, etc.) targeting selected accounts as well as coordinate timing and messaging across tactics to create a consistent experience.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a professional services, consulting, or B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success planning and executing both in-person and virtual events.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail-you're able to manage multiple moving parts and tight deadlines without missing a beat.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and navigating cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a collaborative spirit.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for building engaging client experiences.
  • A growth mindset and a desire to continuously learn and improve.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.For this position, the base salary range is $52,000 - $120,000, depending on level. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
