We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing & Operations Manager to architect, execute scalable growth programs and manage our marketing technology stack including HubSpot. You will work directly with the VP of Demand Generation to convert campaign strategy into action, while also pushing data-informed decision-making across the organization.
This role combines marketing strategy and operations execution leading demand generation experimentation, refining marketing operations processes, and building campaigns that amplify pipeline growth. The ideal candidate combines HubSpot expertise with strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills to transform our marketing data into decisions that drive measurable revenue impact. This individual is also passionate about attribution, automation, full-funnel performance.
Essential Responsibilities/Duties
Growth & Demand Generation
Partner with Demand Generation, Digital Marketing and SDR stakeholders to activate full-funnel initiatives across paid, organic, and outbound-assisted campaigns
Own the end-to-end email marketing processincluding audience segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, deployment, and performance optimization
Partner with Product and Content Teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on email as a core channel to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
Execute experiments to improve conversion rates, drive engagement and optimize channel mix, including A/B testing across Ads, landing pages, CTAs, and email nurtures
Support ABM and targeted campaign execution using HubSpot's advanced segmentation and personalization features for account-based marketing initiatives
Build performance dashboards for weekly pipeline reviews and creating reports for leadership on campaign performance and pipeline health
Lead monthly attribution analysis and optimization, manage multi-touch attribution and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement
Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices, privacy laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and data hygiene standards
Optimize key email metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) using A/B testing and data-driven insights
HubSpot Platform Leadership
Own HubSpot as our primary marketing platform. Optimize our existing setup across all Hubs, implement new features that make sense for our business, and ensure we get maximum value from our investment
Manage HubSpot-Salesforce integration. Troubleshoot sync errors, coordinate between platforms, work with our Salesforce admin, handle vendor relationships, and recommend system improvements
Lead all HubSpot automation and operations. Manage workflows, email campaigns, data hygiene, segmentation, scoring, and reporting to keep our marketing engine running smoothly
Build a comprehensive reporting infrastructure including the creation of dashboards tracking KPIs, campaign performance, funnel metrics, and marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue.
Marketing Operations Excellence
Partner with the Salesforce Admin to ensure data integrity across HubSpot and Salesforce. Maintain clean data, identify and rectify inconsistencies, and implement data governance policies
Monitor and analyze performance metrics. Regularly assess campaign performance, lead progression, and revenue attribution to identify optimization opportunities
Present marketing performance to senior leadership, including quarterly business reviews showing marketing's impact on revenue outcomes
Maintain campaign tracking frameworks. Create and enforce UTM governance and ensure consistent tracking across all marketing channels
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Training
Coordinate with SDR and Sales teams, connecting marketing automation with SDR workflows and sales processes to optimize lead handoff and progression
Generate detailed performance reports on marketing performance, SDR campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and revenue attribution
Train and educate marketing and SDR teams on HubSpot best practices and marketing automation optimization
Drive continuous improvement mindset, support ongoing learning and process optimization across marketing operations
Marketing Technology Innovation
Drive marketing technology advancement. Stay curious about new tools and integrations, research what could help us work better, and lead implementation of solutions like AI tools, automation platforms (Make, n8n), and HubSpot integrations that actually move the needle
Manage MarTech stack, optimize and integrate tools including Leadfeeder, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Neverbounce and other data enrichment and signal-based platforms
Handle vendor relationships, manage connections with HubSpot account team and other MarTech vendors.
Minimum Qualifications
5-8 years of B2B marketing experience, with a hybrid background in demand gen and MOps
Experience managing paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, content syndication, etc.)
Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce; strong CRM/email marketing automation knowledge
Familiarity with 6sense or Demandbase for ABM, audience segmentation, and intent-driven targeting
Proficient in building reports and dashboards (HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker/Tableau)
Effective communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to executives and collaborate effectively across departments
Expert-level HubSpot proficiency required, i.e., advanced configuration, automation, custom properties, workflows, and reporting across all Hubs
Salesforce integration experience Bi-directional sync optimization and workflow automation between platforms
Campaign tracking and attribution experience, including multi-touch attribution modeling and marketing analytics for extended sales cycles
Proven expertise in marketing automation, including lead scoring models, lifecycle stage management, and advanced workflow creation
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with cross-functional teams
Experience in high-growth B2B enterprise environment.

Salesforce Administrator certification
Experience in regulated industries or government/public sector sales
