THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

As the Product Manager of Martech, you will own and manage the vision, strategy, and execution of marketing technology products that enable best-in-class customer engagement. Collaborating closely with marketing, analytics, IT, and other cross-functional teams, you will ensure the Martech stack supports business and marketing objectives and delivers measurable impact. This role will partner cross-functionally to ideate, create, and align on creating customer journeys across all digital touchpoints based on robust customer data and insights.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement the overall vision and roadmap for Martech products, with a focus on achieving key metrics, such as objectives and key results (OKRs) and user adoption rates.
  • Ensure Martech solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through innovative technology solutions.
  • Partner with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications.
  • Supervise the development, implementation, and optimization of Martech tools such as Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and customer data platforms (CDPs).
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to harness customer insights, ensuring Martech products enable data-informed strategies.
  • Facilitate strong decision-making and alignment across cross-functional teams to maintain focus and drive progress.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of Product Owners and Product Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Stay closely aligned with Product Owners on priorities and day-to-day decision-making.
  • Support agile teams by preparing content, structure, and goals for product demos.
  • Oversee the creation of user stories, technical specifications, and documentation to guide development efforts.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop Product Owners and Product Analysts through coaching, knowledge transfer, and actionable feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
  • Conduct continuous market research and competitive analysis to inform and refine the product roadmap.
  • Identify industry best practices and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on Martech industry trends, emerging technologies, and commerce developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Advocate for and drive the adoption of innovative tools and practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Leverage technological advancements to drive incremental sales growth and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Align product strategies with measurable business outcomes, ensuring long-term value creation.

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 3+ years in a digital product management role and 2+ years managing teams.
  • Experience in Retail and/or eCommerce operating in a large-scale agile environment.
  • Familiarity with Martech platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and Email Service Providers (ESPs), including integration practices.
  • Proven ability to create and execute product visions, strategies, and roadmaps that achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional skill in analyzing user metrics and turning them into actionable insights, including the use of A/B testing and analytics platforms.
  • Experience working in an agile (scrum) development environment, preferably within large organizations.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving organizational change and fostering a high-performing team culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and grow team members, maximizing their potential.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and navigate complex decisions effectively.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in digital and Martech domains.
  • Ability to stay curious and motivated, working independently and across cross-functional teams to drive progress and results.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a focus on clarity and impact.
  • A visionary who can balance long-term strategic goals with immediate business needs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA or Masters degree in Strategy, Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Certification in Agile and Scrum development practices is a strong plus.
  • Experience in digital product design, user experience (UX), and customer research to inform product strategy and enhance user engagement.
: The pay range for this position is $119,300.00 - $155,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Companys bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
