Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist II (two) adds value to BAPI and the Marketing Team by supporting our digital strategy across web, paid media, and content marketing channels. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals as well as hands-on experience managing websites and working in technology-driven or electronics-related industries. This role must develop and analyze online marketing campaigns across both domestic and international marketing channels, perform ad copywriting and content creation to support culturally competent online marketing campaigns, have advanced knowledge of graphical tools (ex: Adobe CC suite), and create assets and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and optimize them over time. In addition, this role will provide mentorship as needed, work collaboratively and lead small projects and is expected to show measurable impact on campaign performance or business goals.

Principle Responsibilities:
Create and implement effective digital marketing (including 3D rendering) content to support BAPIs expansion to international markets
- Create graphic materials to support the needs of our tradeshow and travel schedule
- Develop and maintain digital content for printed materials such as catalogs, brochures, flyers, signage, business cards, etc.
- Develop creative copy for but not limited to websites, social, email, digital and print advertising, product marketing collateral, research, social media, and other forms of marketing copy
- Maintain awareness of new and culturally competent marketing platforms and techniques, as well as looking for opportunities to innovate and develop new techniques
- Develop and identify department collaborative creative ideas & strategy planning sessions as well as contributing to keeping a modern standard to the brand's front-facing design
Website Management & Design including updates, enhancements and ecommerce:
- Manage and maintain the company website including content updates, landing page creation, SEO optimization, and performance enhancements
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate technical features of electronics products into clear, compelling marketing content
- Coordinate with product managers on digital assets, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and technical accuracy
- Support e-commerce or product catalog integrations and troubleshoot issues related to website functionality or tracking
- Stay up-to-date on trends in both digital marketing and electronics/technology markets to identify new growth opportunities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Implement a working knowledge of SEO and assist with analytical requirements for strategic planning, optimization, content creation, and reporting
Maintains industry knowledge by attending educational workshops or classes; reviewing related publications; establishing networks.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including special projects and tasks as delegated supervisor.
Requirements
Education Requirements (R/Required, P/Preferred):
(P) Associate's Degree, Trade or Technical School
(P) Bachelor's Degree
Degrees Preferred: Graphic/Digital/Web Design, Marketing or extensive work experience
Training, Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Specific Training in this field (R/Required, P/Preferred):
(R) Demonstrable skill with Adobe Creative Suite Software (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator and Acrobat) as well as Microsoft Office Suite
(R) 3D rendering in Blender or similar
(P) UI design in Figma
(R) Wordpress proficient
(R) Ability to understand a technical product and industry
(P) 5 years of experience in a marketing department or equivalent
Experience/Knowledge in this field (R/Required, P/Preferred):
- (R) Well-developed writing ability and excellent grammar
- (P) Drone navigation for use of video recording
- (R) Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
