Job Location MASON BUS AND INNOVATION CTR Job Description The Senior Performance Marketing Strategist leads the development and activation of performance media strategies that drive digital commerce growth aligned with P&G Personal Healthcare brand goals. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on performance managementowning campaign approach, activation guidance, optimization, measurement design (including tagging and testing), and cross-functional coordination to ensure performance investments work in synergy with national media and broader growth plans. To be successful in this role, we're looking for a leader who is adept at defining: Clear performance media strategy tied to category growth goals, with defined channel roles and investment logic. Repeatable optimization system: always-on pacing governance, structured testing plan (tagging + A/B), and performance reporting that drives decisions. Search + retail media plan that improves discoverability and conversion through keyword strategy, eRS briefs, and continuous optimization. Strong cross-plan integration with national media which reduces redundancy and increases total effectiveness. Consistent stewardship against media buying principles and governance, with documented best practices and scalable operating rhythms. Key Responsibilities: Lead and direct the development and implementation of media strategies that drive digital commerce growth aligned with category goals. Translate business objectives into performance plans and channel roles across priority digital ecosystems (e.g., retail media, eRetail search, social, programmatic, affiliate). Launch and manage performance marketing campaigns across digital channels; own day-to-day trading and bid management to maximize outcomes (e.g., ROAS, CPA, LTV). Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and insightsmonitor pacing, budgets, bids, and delivery vs. KPI commitments. Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance and identify/exploit optimization opportunities across creative/message, audience, and media activation. Ensure performance investments are optimized to complement and work in synergy with national media investmentsminimizing redundancy and maximizing effectiveness across the full plan. Ensure all performance marketing activities adhere to P&G media buying principles and governance. Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in performance media (preferably consumer goods); experience driving indirect sales is a must. Proven track record of driving DTC brand growth with media and delivering results, including social selling platforms. Strong understanding of ecommerce technologies, platforms, data, and best practices. Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels including retail media, eRetail search, social (Meta & TikTok), SEO, SEM, programmatic, and affiliate marketing. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and ecommerce platforms. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams; proven operational discipline. Unrelenting passion for driving digital sales outcomes with media and belief that more is possible; agile and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
