Position Summary

The Marketing & Communications Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Motivera Search Group's marketing initiatives. This role blends creative development with analytical insightideal for a marketing professional who is as comfortable designing visuals and managing a website as they are analyzing performance data and refining SEO strategies. You will be responsible for shaping our brand voice, expanding audience engagement, and building a compelling digital presence that drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Development

Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and generate leads.

Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.

Create compelling digital and print content, including social media posts, presentations, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.

Communications

Manage all internal and external communications, including newsletters, announcements, press releases, and thought leadership content.

Support leadership with communication strategies that enhance client and candidate engagement.

SEO & Analytics

Lead SEO strategy to improve organic search performance, keyword ranking, and website visibility.

Use Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track campaign performance, website activity, and user behavior.

Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to guide marketing decisions.

Graphic Design & Web Design

Design high-quality visual assets including graphics, infographics, social media creative, and marketing materials.

Manage and update the company website, ensuring an engaging user experience and consistent branding.

Collaborate on UX enhancements, landing page creation, and website optimization for performance and SEO.

Digital Marketing

Oversee social media strategy and content calendar across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

Manage email marketing campaigns, automation, and list segmentation.

Research marketing trends and propose new tactics to enhance engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (preferred but not required).

Proficient in SEO strategy and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console).

Advanced experience with Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools).

Solid web design abilities (WordPress, Webflow, or equivalent CMS).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience managing social media platforms and digital content.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
