Plastic Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Plastic Product Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Auburn, WA. This role is ideal for a results-driven product management professional with a background in plastics manufacturing, product development, and cross-functional collaboration. The Plastic Product Manager will lead the full lifecycle of plastic product lines, from concept and design through manufacturing, launch, performance tracking, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities - Manage the full lifecycle of plastic products, including concept development, commercialization, launch, and ongoing product improvements. - Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals, customer requirements, profitability targets, and market opportunities. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product trends, growth opportunities, customer needs, and new product ideas. - Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, and marketing teams on product design, materials selection, process improvements, and product launches. - Analyze product performance, pricing, profitability, market share, forecasting, and inventory needs to support business growth. - Coordinate product specifications, technical documentation, change requests, enhancements, and product roadmap planning.
