The Tradeshow Manager is accountable for endtoend planning and execution of assigned midtohighcomplexity thirdparty tradeshows. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and the Tradeshow Operations Lead to deliver consistent, highquality experiences that meet brand, budget, and execution standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Own full lifecycle management of assigned tradeshows, from intake through postevent reporting
- Lead event planning, logistics, booth execution, and onsite delivery
- Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with exhibit house, production partners, and internal teams
- Apply ECoE standards for brand governance, asset reuse, and risk management
- Support Tier 1 events under direction of the GL28 lead, as needed
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand objectives and ensure alignment
- Identify execution risks early and escalate appropriately

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting or leading thirdparty industry conferences and large-scale tradeshows, including Tier 1 events
- 5+ years of demonstrated project management experience, including timeline development, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination (Workfront experience preferred)
- 5+ years of experience with event budget tracking and financial management for events, including reconciliation and cost control
- 5+ years of experience managing vendor and exhibit house relationships, including production, logistics, and onsite execution
- 5+ years of experience and ability to support or deliver onsite execution, including troubleshooting and stakeholder management in a live environment
- 5+ years of familiarity with lead capture processes, post-event reporting, and performance measurement to support ROI tracking
- Proficiency with event technology platforms including Cvent, Jifflenow, Captello, Salesforce, and Marketo, with an understanding of lead capture and reporting integration
- Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare industry experience, with familiarity across payer, provider, or health services environments
- Experience working in high-visibility, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong understanding of event governance, brand standards, and operational best practices

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
