In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our marketing initiatives, guiding the organization through an impactful brand and communications strategy. Your mission will be to enhance our market position and elevate participant engagement across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Owning the brand architecture and ensuring a unified brand expression.
- Establishing a long-term marketing vision and leading integrated annual planning.
- Overseeing product, membership, and participation marketing strategies.
- Driving digital and performance marketing efforts to enhance outreach.
- Managing external communications and public relations to build stakeholder relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess 15-20 years of progressive leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage multi-functional teams effectively. A successful track record in enterprise strategy, financial management, and measurable growth in complex organizations, especially within national governing bodies or membership-based nonprofits, is crucial.
We look for a leader with a strong foundation in commercial and partnership marketing, adept at fostering organizational development and cultivating high-performing teams. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; preference will be given to those holding an MBA or other advanced degrees.
