Job Title: Business Development Manager
Compensation: $95,000 - $130,000 (based on qualifications)
Position Summary
This position is responsible for managing and developing Distributor sales activities in line with agreed sales targets. This position is also responsible for acting as the principal interface between Domino and Distributor, ensuring fast, accurate and efficient communication; and to maximise profit contribution from the territories covered.

Main Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- With the Distributors, establish and gain approval of territorial sales and marketing plans. These plans will form the base of the core objectives.
- Manage the territory to ensure achievement of at least budget sales at budget contribution, in both revenue and unit volume terms.
- With the Director of Distribution, agree territorial pricing policies to maximise profits and sales volumes, taking into account market potential and competitor activity.
- Set and manage an agreed territory activity plan ensuring effective market coverage to meet agreed targets, maximising presence with Distributors and customers, including Multinational Accounts (MNA) and Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) accounts.
- Promptly identify and make recommendations to the Director of Distribution to address any Distributor channel weaknesses.
- Working with the Domino Finance Department, ensure agreed payment terms with Distributors are met and that any financial disputes are settled in a timely manner.
- Ensure sales forecasts are submitted monthly by all Distributors, monitor forecasting and work with Distributors to achieve accuracy.
- Liaise with the Business Team to ensure fast, efficient and responsive communication between Domino and the Distributors. Ensure all requests are followed-up and that Business Team members are aware of Business Development Managers objectives and strategies for the territories.
- Play an active role in Distributor sales personnel training and market strategy.
- Play an active role in Service Audits.
- Prepare visit reports following trips to Distributors and customers, containing full information on competitor activity, quality and technical issues.
- Attend relevant exhibitions and organise / participate in Distributor Conferences and locally organised seminars and workshops.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and ask for help when necessary
Physical Demands
- Light work. Light work involves exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a small amount of force constantly to move objects. Pushing, pulling, stooping, reaching, gross/fine manipulation, driving, kneeling, crawling, and climbing may be required. Physical demand requirements are more than those for Sedentary Work.
