Marketing Director - Lead Generation & Growth | Madison, WI | Full-Time On-Site

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role overseeing all marketing initiatives, including traditional marketing, face-to-face events, call center campaigns, and lead generation programs. You'll manage the marketing budget, lead the team, and create strategies that drive measurable growth and out-execute the competition.

What You'll Own

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation

• Lead and manage the entire marketing department, including budget and personnel

• Execute face-to-face marketing programs: events, shows, canvassing, and call center outbound campaigns

• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to optimize results

• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure marketing drives revenue growth

• Innovate and scale marketing efforts to match the vision of a company twice our size

Who You Are

• Experienced in face-to-face marketing, events, and lead generation

• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Experience in home services or construction is a plus

• Strategic thinker who can envision how to scale marketing for rapid growth

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
