Position Summary
The Senior Product Manager drives enterprise-wide marketing strategies and leads end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept through post-commercialization. This role defines and executes product roadmaps that accelerate growth across assigned product lines. Partnering closely with commercial leaders, sales, marketing communications, regulatory, quality, and manufacturing teams, the Senior Product Manager translates market insights into high-impact solutions that meet customer needs and deliver profitable growth within the product portfolio.
What you will do as Senior Product Manager
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned to business objectives and revenue, margin, and market share targets
- Define and maintain strategic product roadmaps that guide lifecycle growth and portfolio expansion
- Lead business case development, forecasting, and financial planning for new products and initiatives
- Translate market insights, customer needs, and Voice of the Customer data into compelling value propositions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend assessments to inform positioning and strategy
- Establish pricing strategies based on global market conditions and value positioning
- Lead all phases of new product development, including concept validation, feasibility, risk analysis, and documentation support
- Drive new product launch planning including sales enablement, training, collateral, and commercialization readiness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing communications, R&D, regulatory, quality, and operations to align execution
- Analyze market segments, growth opportunities, and customer archetypes to refine targeting and penetration strategies
- Develop and sustain strong product and brand positioning to establish competitive advantage
- Prioritize lifecycle management initiatives and portfolio enhancements to maximize value delivery
- Provide ongoing communication, tools, and insights to sales teams to improve effectiveness and alignment
- Deliver impactful marketing programs, training, and promotional strategies that support product adoption and growth
- Contribute to business planning, budget development, and portfolio prioritization while promoting best practices across product management
The Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Required:
- BA or BS degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 10 years of relevant business experience
- 7 years of experience in Product Management/Marketing
- 2 years of International business and marketing experience required
Preferred:
- MBA strongly preferred
- Medical device product marketing experience preferred
Pay range for this opportunity is $124,737.50 - $161,425.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
