Job Description
How We Roll Painting is looking for a motivated and friendly Door-to-Door Marketing Associate to help generate leads for our residential painting business. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, working outdoors, and earning bonuses based on performance.

No experience is required. We will provide training and the materials needed to succeed.

Responsibilities
Walk residential neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to our services

Distribute flyers and door hangers

Speak with homeowners about painting projects

Schedule free painting estimates

Record lead and appointment information

Represent How We Roll Painting in a professional manner

Compensation
$11.00 per hour base pay

Bonus for every qualified estimate appointment set

Additional bonus when an appointment results in a completed painting project

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old

Reliable transportation

Positive attitude and good communication skills

Comfortable walking outdoors for several hours

Dependable and self-motivated

Able to work independently

Schedule
Flexible hours

Approximately 1025 hours per week
