Brand Ambassador

Location: San Marcos

Schedule: Varies; includes evenings and weekends

Wages: $2022 per hour

Estimated Hours Per Week: 510 hours per day

We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated Brand Ambassador to represent our company and promote our products/services to the public. The Brand Ambassador will act as the face of the brand, build meaningful connections with current & potential customers, and enhance brand awareness.

• Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Educate customers about the companys products/services, features, and benefits.
• Engage with consumers at events and retail locations to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Distribute marketing materials, product samples, or promotional items.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key partners.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team.
• Generate content (photos, videos, posts) for social media campaigns when required.
• Report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and brand perception.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, approachable, and energetic personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable speaking to groups and engaging with diverse audiences.
• Experience in marketing, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital engagement.
• Dependable, professional, and punctual.

• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (depending on events).
• Work may take place at retail stores, events, trade shows, or community spaces.
• Some travel may be required.
• Reliable vehicle with a clean driving record required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand, talk, and hear; frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands or arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; walk, sit, climb or balance; and occasionally lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, vibration, fumes or chemicals, and electricity. The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud at times.
