• 4 years of relevant marketing experience, owning performance and/or lifecycle marketing campaigns and programs to drive usage of products and features.
• Experience with Payments / Cards.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision making.
• Self-starter with excellent creative and critical thinking abilities.
• Prior work experience at our company or in our industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Savvy at tackling complex issues and providing creative solutions while collaborating across multiple teams.
• Effective at building and cultivating interpersonal relationships.
• Flexible and versatile in nature, able to tackle challenges while maintaining an optimistic attitude.

• Develop and support cross-functional delivery of marketing campaigns that enhance awareness and ongoing usage of our payment products.
• Work with product, analytics, creative, business, and marketing teams to develop and execute scalable marketing programs to reach shared goals.
• Apply a performance marketing lens when collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams to bring together all aspects of the user’s lifecycle.
