Help shape the future of industrial process technology. My client is seeking a strategic growth leader to uncover new markets, translate customer needs into commercial opportunities, and expand the reach of advanced evaporator and crystallizer solutions across high-impact industries.

What Youll Be Doing

• Develop market growth strategies across targeted industries and applications
• Conduct voice-of-customer research and competitive market analysis
• Build segmentation frameworks and prioritize high-value opportunities
• Shape value propositions, product positioning, and go-to-market plans
• Support business development by identifying and advancing strategic opportunities
• Represent client at conferences, trade shows, and technical forums

About You

• Technical degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or related discipline
• Background in industrial, chemical, process technology, or engineered products markets
• Experience with evaporators, crystallizers, separation technologies, or process equipment a plus
• Comfortable with occasional international travel
