POSITION OVERVIEW
The Media Marketing Sr. Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing brand elevating media strategies. This role requires deep expertise in OutofHome (OOH) and Print mediatwo essential channels for driving brand desirability, cultural visibility, and premium storytelling within the luxury landscape.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Media Strategy & Planning
  • Manage budget for Print, OOH and Publisher partners. Responsible for optimizing budgets and working finance teams to support internal forecasting and planning
  • Develop and steward holistic media strategies with a focus on OOH and Print across brand, retail, and campaign initiatives.
  • Translate brand objectives into clear media plans aimed at maximizing luxury visibility, cultural relevance, and premium audience reach.
  • Evaluate market opportunities, audience insights, placement quality, and competitive trends to inform recommendation frameworks.
  • Partner with global counterparts to adapt and localize global strategies for North America while ensuring consistency with brand positioning.

Agency Leadership & Partnership Management
  • Lead and mentor the media agency to deliver bestinclass planning, buying, measurement, and reporting.
  • Provide clear strategic guidance, creative feedback, and quality control to ensure flawless execution across all channels.
  • Develop and host brand immersion sessions to ensure agency understands brand ethos, objectives and elevation standards

Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the primary media liaison with internal Creative, Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, and Global teams.
  • Partner with internal creative agencies and production teams to develop compelling assets tailored to OOH and Print formats.
  • Ensure cohesive campaign delivery across touchpoints, supporting integrated marketing efforts.

Executional Excellence & Performance Management
  • Ensure every plan, placement, and production detail is executed with precision, accountability, and luxury grade quality.
  • Manage budgets, track spending, and oversee end to end timelines to maintain operational excellence.
  • Analyze performance results and derive insights to inform optimization and future planning cycles.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
  • 710+ years of experience in media planning, with strong specialization in OOH and Print within luxury, fashion, or beauty, preferred
  • Proven experience leading media agencies and managing high visibility branding campaigns.
  • Demonstrated strategic ability to translate business goals into media frameworks that elevate brand perception.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational discipline, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with comfort engaging senior stakeholders
  • Financial acumen required to manage budget
