General Purpose
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships, increasing facility census, and representing Arvin Post Acute within the healthcare community. This position serves as the primary liaison between hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, managed care organizations, and community partners.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase admissions and census growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, assisted living communities, and other referral sources
- Conduct regular facility visits, presentations, and networking events
- Coordinate tours for prospective residents, families, and referral partners
- Track referral activity and admission trends
- Collaborate with the admissions team to facilitate smooth transitions and timely admissions
- Represent the facility at healthcare and community events
- Identify new business development opportunities within the market
- Maintain detailed records of marketing activities and referral contacts
- Work closely with facility leadership to achieve census and revenue goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility marketing guidelines
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience required
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) marketing experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with hospital discharge planners, case managers, and healthcare referral networks preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred

Licenses & Requirements
- Valid California Driver's License

- Ability to travel throughout the assigned market area
