Social Media Specialist Fall Paid Internship

Other agencies might call it an internship program, but we offer and expect more. At Online Optimism, our Specialist program was crafted to be the leading program for college students and recent grads to build a future career in marketing or design. We see it as the last internship youll ever do.

Overview of our Specialist Program:

• 25 35 hours per week between 9-5, M-F (part or full-time with a one-hour lunch.)
• $17 / Hour.
• We'll work with you to get college credit if still in school.
• Work on real projects with our full-time staff, for both our clients and Online Optimism itself.
• The option to work from our office, including endless snacks, a casual dress code, and in person happy hours.

• planning content calendars relevant to a clients goals.

What Are Some Features of Our Specialist Program? Real Work, Real Experience

This opportunity isnt about getting your boss coffeewe have a cold brew on tap for that. Youll spend your time here working on real assignments and projects. In addition, when your department director attends networking events and educational lunches, well be sending you as well, ticket included.

A majority of our full-time team started at Online Optimism as Specialists , and many of our Specialists go on to work at some of the top digital marketing agencies around.

Bettering Our Community As part of our efforts to educate, inform, and improve our work, our Optimists often attend networking and educational events. We believe this need extends to our Specialists as well. While you are a Specialist at Online Optimism, well encourage you to attend local events, on our dime, and will give you time to complete a DEI learning course in your first month. Youll also have the opportunity to join our organizations bookclub, and participate in other efforts that our agency is working toward.
