RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain relationships with:

Property Managers
HOAs & Community Managers
Plumbers & HVAC Companies
Insurance Professionals & Adjusters
Healthcare & Commercial Facilities
Realtors & Facility Managers

Schedule and conduct:

Lunch & Learn presentations
Vendor meetings
Networking events
Field marketing visits

Generate qualified leads and referral partnerships

Track marketing activities and follow-up opportunities

Represent 770 Water Damage & Restoration professionally in the field and community

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and networking skills
B2B sales or marketing experience preferred
Self-motivated and organized
Professional appearance and attitude
Reliable transportation
Experience in restoration, construction, property management, or insurance industry is a plus
